i don't like the color schemes for the new ones, this one only had 1450 miles or so:( ran so good and strong:( and i really liked the way it handled and the riding position...and they took my bike cover and I had my favorite riding squid glasses in the storage compartment

Time for Desmo Drive.

I've kept my bikes outside all last year under the cover... And outside In Palatine too, you don't have an motion sensor lights on the back yard ?
What the hell, someone has to know that you park the bike in the back of the garage. That sucks dude. Freaking thieves need to die in hell.

Well I am down one bike.... sold my Suzuki to an ex member of CNC- Kerosene.
He picked it up off me today after riding it yesterday he was sold on its charming looks and believe it or not : its ride. I did quite a bit of work on the bike last few weeks and with the carb work and new muffler it spanked a HD Road King off the lights the other day.
Going to pick up something else for my girl later after we come back from our honeymoon next month :)

He talks to me on Facebook all the time, his dad just bought a V-max and I was helping him with winterization and all....
He asked me if my bike is for sale, I said sure.... and the bike sold itself. He rode it away and his pops followed him. Not bad at all. He texted me when he got home and said the bike is a riot to ride and fun as hell. At 45HP - same as a big 750 Honda Shadow, but with 200lbs less weight, its quite fun !

He didn't ride much anyways :P I rode too much this year if ya ask me, maybe when we get back I will look for a bike for Joe.... Probably just get her a Monster 620i or a Street Tripple if I can find one cheap. Either buy now when the dealers are liquidating their stock or wait till winter. I would like to keep the Dub in the garage and with 2 bikes I got no room

that is cause i started school last year and it has been hard to juggle school and 2 jobs.....i am hoping to finish this quarter with school...and go own to one job next spring
I did 900 miles on the black 07 and 1250 on the red 08
in 08 i did 3k miles on the black
07 - 7k miles on the blue and 1k on the black
06 - 3.5k miles on blue - didn't realize I can ride it everywhere just like a car lol plus no one else had a bike at that time
05 -6oo miles on the blue (got the bike in OCT)
so I did have some seat time...and a lot more free time before hehehe

yeah, i rode mine everywhere you can say....for fucks sake, i put on 75 miles yesterday during my little night run to relax.
so far i put on 7100miles just this season, i got the bike in may.
it truely does suck that you couldnt put more miles on it, but its officially fall now, and soon everyone is going to be storing their bikes. i dont feel like getting heated gear or warmer gear and i feel like i rode enough this year!

pocket as much $$$ as you can for a house.... furnishing a house is big dollars. Buying it aint shit, but if you got no $$$ left over for stuff INSIDE it. WTF is the point in having a big ass house ?
I have seen people with huge mansions who have no $$$ for drapes !
I say get another bike AND get a place of your own outside Chicago.

damn my 07 cbr600rr got stolen this past summer. luckily was recovered by lojack, but it was damaged. insurance page quite well for damages (i was fortunate enough to have full coverage).
i hate how ppl in this country can actually make a living stealing other people's hard earned stuff. its just a totally messed up mentality.

Somebody broke into my cousins house at 630 in the morning of Christmas Eve. Went right downstairs to their basement where he keeps his PS3 and jacked it and all his games. His little dogs were barking like crazy so the family got up and realized the door was open. Uncle followed the footsteps in the snow and it led to a house at the end of the block.
Cops said nothing could be done. One lady cop said to pray and Jesus will help you out on his birthday.
I dont know what I would have done, but my uncle left a note on their door with seasons greetings.

Seasons greetings... now how we do things. That POS would be HOMELESS in no time. His family wouldn't be able to tell if its human or not afterward. Its just wrong.
My bike sits in the garage all year long. No worries.
