now some places are saying the rabbit just replaces the golf while others say the rabbit is just a smller golf, who knows.

20mpg in the city and 30mpg on the highway? My Maxima gets close to that. They should have made this a gas sipper car and then I would consider buying it.

your maxima gets 26-27 max., city, mauybe 18. this is a 2.5L so it's not like it's a small engine.

We got a couple at my dealership. They run the same 2.5L as the jetta. i've seen them range from 15k-20k with just silly options like leather, wheels and sunroof. The clutch feel on these new VW's aren't the best at all tho.

I drove a couple and didn't think too much of them. Just an average car, with an average price.

The rabbit is the golf's replacement. It looks just like a GTI, like how the last gen golf/gti resembles each other. The golf has been killed for the rabbit. I honestly don't like it too much.

i'm waiting for the new r32(r36) It's still only 240hp(most likely will be 280+with the bigger motor) but it's much nicer in and out than the evo or the sti.

Seems like another sub-compact to me. With toyata, honda, and nissa, bringing heirs it makes sence

If i see any of you in VW rabbit or golf i will punch you in the face and take away your man card, those cars are for women.

Does it run ? I might be interested in it... got any pictures ? I always liked the original GTi, everything else after that was kinda heavy, underpowered... and overpriced.

in the commercial they must have had either plastic tires or lots of torque, spinning the tires in traffic like that o0o0o
