Every month we meet we put money into the donation cup. I'd say about anywhere between $5 to as much as $15, depending on how rich you feel. Of course we will keep track of how much was put into the cup, this money will be used on whatever is needed to be spent on Maxus. When Maxus money is collected, and at the end of Maxus we will calculate on how much of the percentage a certain person will get back. So the more you put in the more you will get back in the end. Put it this way if an average of 11 people show up to every meeting and puts down $10 dollars each thats $110 collected, which means that would prolly already pay for possibly one or two groves in Busse Woods. This would make it easier instead of having to worry about a budget. Maxus is appoximatly 9 months away from next months meeting. If $110 is collected every month thats $990 by Maxus in June. That might seem a lot or a little to some for spending on Maxus, but remember we will earn money back by car registration for the carshow, raffles, etc.

Lets say we do end up with appox $990. Here is a list of things we would prolly have to spend the money on.

Trophies/awards
$100
Grove Reservation
$200
Catered Food
$500
Tshirts
$50

$990-100-200-500-50= $140 to play around with for anything else. But here is what we might get our money back

Car Registration $10 per car
$150
Raffles $1 per raffle ticket
$70
Tshirts $15 per tshirt
$300
Food $5 per person
$500
$150+70+300+500=$1020 That is a lot of money made back.

All these estimates may be to high or to low, but you get the idea.

But hotel reservations will be paid by who is staying in the hotel, same goes with the road course or drag event if we have one, will be paid already in advance.

Sorry for the novel post but this might help us out with our budget.

Well I thought this might be a good idea so it prevents from someone paying to much money out of their own pocket and going broke. But its a thought tho.

i think pay pal and a bank account would be good as well as this cup. i'll hold back on buying so many cups of coffee and throw the extra money into the cup.....

anyway, ya, this is a good backup plan, and i wont mind pitching in some money at the end of the month either, aslong as its a good investment.

Well prolly discuss more about this at the next meet. So in that case possibly have some money on hand at the next meet.
