Ford Taurus vs POS Maxima

I guess I had a busy past 5 days or so. On Saturday night Dave and i headed to Duck's to pick somethings up. I was heading back home and I was on Irving Park Rd, near Laramie. I was telling Dave the story about the LS, and I decided to show him what happened. I tapped on my accelerator, and thanks to auto lag the car just growled but didn't really start moving. Trust me, my tranny is not going yet...this auot lag is pretty normal. Anyway, as i do that this guy in a Taurus starts to look at me hard. He just eyes my car up and down, when he got a clear straight away he gunned it really hard. He was taking off, again someone thought I was trying to race :gotme:

haha... its funny to think that a guy in a taurus looked at ur car and thought he could outrun it. he probably went home and bragged to his family about how he raced a suped up maxima and won. haha

LOL a couple months ago i was driving down harlem and this messican in a taurus with a ricer muffler starts jumping next to me. This was about 1-2 in the morning so im tired im like wtf this guy wants, so i look at him and laugh well for about three lights he keeps gunning it from every single one then when i pull up to the next one he sits their smileing. So after about 3-4 lights of this im like fuck this guy. SO i put it in first look at the guy smile and as he floors it i keep rolling with him, then let it loose, its first, second then drive(hey im still auto lol) lets just say at about 50-60 i had about 6-7 cars on him so im laughing my ass off, i slow down to cruise and guy rolls up next to me and he doesnt even look at me, lol i was balling.

The older gen focus arent that bad. My neighbor has one in stick, she lets me take it out all the time. Only prob is its too- small. It needs a little more power, but other than that its very zippy.

now im gonna disagree with you there man.. both my parents have focuses and they BOTH are Pieces of shit.. they are EXTREMELY SLOW... now the only focus that i drove that was somewhat fast was teh 2006 focuz with the 153 horsepower motor hatch in 5 speed... it was decently fast... only when u punched it...
