It's a Mystery!

So about a week ago my number two injector goes out. Loss of power, really bad mileage, lots of vibration, the works. Tonight I'm on my way home and bam!
Everything's back to normal. Could it be the injectors still or maybe something in the ignition system. If you've got any experience with this let me know.

it's still the injector.
I had my older one do that to me.
it was actually running perfect sometimes and then it would cut out. it eventually fixed itself so that it was running all the time, but I only had the car a few more months

yep, ken...see that pic that brian posted. thats what happens when your injector starts fucking with you. the missfire get so bad that the car starts falling appart. its crazy.

actually the car ran friggin' great the day before that pic was taken.

My buddy has a 91 Max at work that has bad injectors- hes on his 3rd set now.... hes goin to put all new injectors, gaskets, every hose on it this time around. His misfire when cold like crazy, after 10-20 min of driving the missing on initial take off is almost completly gone.

if it only misfires when cold and goes away , that's kind of unusual for an injector problem.
I can get him the new injectors though :D

Hes got 12 brand new injectors from Nissan, and they where free so I don't think you can beat the deal :) If my car broke down as much I would benefit from the free hook up also, but unfortunatelly I drive a 5th gen..... last of the good Maximas before US started to build em.

Nahh, nothing to do with scaming warranty, stealing or anything. Way too hard to comprehend. I must say I have benefited before in getting stuff for my cars -especially my Q45. Its called a sponsorship by my work.
