I was gonna edit and dl the proposal letter this weekend but its seems like a lot of sbc customers from Illinois to Ohio are out of dsl connection till further notice. Its been out all weekend long since the storm so as soon as I get back connected at home ill be working on it asap.

i think all they did during that meeting was revise the proposal form, if i remember correctly.

Oigh my internet is out again, I thought they fixed it. So, a quick run thru of the note of what I could think from the top of my head while I am at work right now, is that I will start sending out the proposals by the next comittee meeting. And hopefully get a response from the companies or shops I send these to. We are probably going to need the final financial sponsors by Feb. And if any sponsor decides to back out there will be a cancelation fee. We will begin a donation cup starting next month, when Maxus comes around you will get your money back depending on the percentage you donated and the money we got back, from carshow entries, raffles, etc. Well thats all that I could think of from the top of my head right now. I'll post more when I look over my exact notes.
