Since i don't have 15 replys... can someone post this on the .org in the 6th gen part????

I have a 2006 nissan maxima with bluetooth and the lg 8300 and when i dial out with the blue tooth (http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php?t=1022437#), it connects and drops off ( the bt ) and then i have to use " use phone (http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php?t=1022437#) " and then hit " use bluetooth" on the phone... it dosnt do it all the time but it happens often... any ideas?? this is my 2nd lg 8300 with the v03 s/w

Have you gone over ALL the bluetooth options on your phone. Most have two menus with bluetooth options and they have to be set properly in order for it to work seamlessly. Check your trusted connects, auto connect and so forth.

The issue you have is caused by the software version on the phone. Version 3 is not compatible with the car, version 1 was. I spoke to Nissan North America today and they are aware of it but do not plan to fix it. They did say they are going to take the phone off the compatible list. Hope this helps.

I am just another '06 Maxima owner with the same problem. And yes I did find this web site from a google search.
