Andy....what is your last name? Here is a screenshot of what it looks like right now. I plan to dress all the pages up in the near future. They are still too plain for me.

I agree about the logo. I tried to make it a bit better in photoshop. I will make a couple more changes to it.

not to be blunt and straight up either but... how do you navigate when you are on the page??? the contact us should be separated out by committees if not the name should be in alphabetical order with eh committee name under neath it. . I posted the list on a different thread some where...but if you need the lista again, let me know

manny, if you need help, lemme know.i have more time now that my site's temporarily done and all.

i feel so bad. were all like, picking things out. "manny what about this? what about this?"

but i do have one suggestion. not anything that is like extremely important. just a thought. when you are browsing on the pages, we should have some kind of header with the rest of the links on it so that you dont have to hit the back button everytime.

Guys...Dont feel bad about expressing your opinions. I have very high expectations for the site. It just takes time to get things done. I am currently addressing that navigation issue. I have also been creating things in Flash. The banner on the home page was created with flash. Let me know what you think. It is very simple but I think it adds a little something to the page. Thanks for all the good feedback. It is def. helping.

Happy Halloween

i think what you need to mess with is frames... the banner will be in the top frame and links in the left frame... check out my site to see some simple navigation stuff...

I will have the navigation done in a day or so. I think it will look good on the site.

frames are no good for sites. google looks down upon them.

i think if everything's coded in css with soem tables to keep everything in place, it'll be all good... i dunno how you're doing it manny kuz i haven't looked at the src or anything but...

Alright, I had a little extra time to mess around with the site. I added the navigation to the pages and changed around a few things. I really like the way the contact us page looks. I still have yet to create the advertising, concessions and hotel pages. Those will come in time. Maybe we can discuss those at the next committee meeting. See ya.

Site is coming along nicely - my 2 cents - I wouldn't want my phone number up there.... email address is ok - just proivide the phone number when/if you are contacted via email.... more of a privacy thing...

A suggestion since we are currently in the early stages of getting maxus07 up, you should put insert a "back to home page" link on the pages that have no information yet. And put down a message saying "Working the contents of this page, please come back soon." Or something to that extent.

part of the beauty of PHP is that you can have it generate pages with a header always the same even if the body changes.
I can actually help with that bit of coding if need be.

CSS actaully, IMO, is a lot easier than you think. If it adds too much to your site, then maybe you're doing something wrong.
