Well i was driving and minding my own business and i stopped at a red light. I see a black RSX pull up, lowered, otherwise stock. I keep seeing the asian guy looking over and scooting forward, so i decided why not. The lights turned green and i bogged down on the launch, but was only half a car behind. I shifted into second and started to creep up, and i shift into third and get even closer to him, and then he shuts off.

Then we were cruising next to each other and he downshifts and starts flooring it, telling me to go at it again. I downshifted into third(around 4K rpm), waited for him to floor it. When he floored it i did too, he pulled a fender out in front, but once i got into my power band, i pulled a half car in front. I shifted into fourth and kept on pulling away. We both stopped then. Guy seemed pretty cool, he gave me a thumb up and i gave him one too.

I was very happy with the outcome, my mods are CAI, Advance Timing to 19*, and motor mount inserts. I like how the SR20 pulled up top :)

Stock RSX = 160hp, 141trq
Stock Sentra = 145hp, 136trq

Base RSX sucks ballz. They have no power and terrrrible gearing. Its geared for fuel economy not for speed. iVTEC is tunned for efficiency.

Type S on the other hand can be quite a beast NA. If it wasn't so plasticky inside and didn't have such crappy (prone to rusting eassy) suspension I wouldn't mind having one. With some fine tuning via HonDATA and good selection of NA power mods, it can crank out 250-260WHP all motor.
