Picked up some 97 head lights =)

Got both head lights for 34$ ... one adjuster i think is broken but nothing some glue cant fix...
Anyone know how i can clean the plastic make it look nice ?

there is this polish that you can use to bring shine back to the headlight housing and front cap. i cant remember what its called, but murrays and like pepboys sell it. just go to an automotive store and ask them for a headlight refinishing product, should be somewhere near the light bulbs.

PLastic polish should help. The best thing to do is to sand them down with 800 grit sandpaper. Then wet sand them with 100 grit sandpaper, then polish with the stuff I suggested.

Just put them in =) hopefully they are aligned.... one of the things is broken on one of the sides ;/ but nothing twist ties cant fix =)

i think you mean wetsand with 1000 grit paper. 100 grit is like sanding with a hand full of rocks............

no, those arent projectors.....those are just lights with big direct pointing bulbs in them. and it would be nice to put those in your car, but all they could do is point straight, and not let you see to the sides.

After 1000 grit, 2000 grit, rubbing compound, then finally Plasitx Polisher.

yea that does help a little but u have to remember that he plastic has a protective coating on it so once u rubb that shit off ur always gonna have to polish them and shit.. i did that and now i always have to apply wax and shit for it to look good...
