I have some information for y'all to bring up at the meeting.

About track time.

Contact Leon Windfrey. He has a business called Private Track Time. He books times at most of the local tracks (including Blackhawk Farms). He may be able to work some kind of a deal with another group, or know somebody who can. His number is 630-728-2722.

If that doesn't help let me know and I'll see if some of the Porsche guys I know can help.

Jessica will be in charge of food.
She does need the letter w/ donation request for how many people, what kind of food and the dates and a little bit of background… will put name on the shirt as one of the food sponsors.

Good find, but unfortunantly after what I read on that form that is more of a personal sponsorship, rather than a event sponsorship. But yea the CC thing I'm not totally into that I don't mine or anyone's CC # stolen.

He does do mainly sport bike stuff. I figured since he books the tracks he would be able to know who to contact at the track.

The friend that I have used to work with him but now just opened his own shop. His thought was that maybe the motorcycle guys could let the track be used between heats, like maybe they take an hour break for lunch or something and let the Maximas run while the bikes cool down. If there is like 20 cars at maybe $100 per car that would give them a good chunk of the cost back (maybe even $75 per car?) With track time being so expensive the most cost effective way is getting with a group or a couple groups together.

i called bodywerks again to ask about the sponsorship, and they said that they are too busy moving and opening new accounts to worry about sponsorships. so were not gonna get shit from them.

i called dupont, was on the phone for a while, got transfered to like 4-5 different people, and none of them found the letter that i sent out, and asked me to send another email. so i sent one, and still have not recieved anything back....ie. no reply or phone call.
