Car wash in freezing weather?

Do you guys wash your car in weather like this (below freezing)? I'm worried about leaving all the salt on my car.

A full service wash will dry the excess water off for you.. If you go through a $1 DIY wash I would just use the sprayer and get as much off as possible. I'd wipe off the water on the windshields atleast.

I do but I use ONR so no rinsing necessary...just a bucket of water and some MF towels. I avoid car washes because you're just asking for paint defects...at the very least, you'll get swirl marks.

me and bob wasted our car this 1 time. while drying the car. it literally freezes. lol so we were mobbing out ice(white) it was nutttsss. we do it because we lovveee our car =] and when u love your car, your car will do the same for u hahah

i run it through the carwash at work, then i one of the bays.....after work, i usually take a towel and do all the seal so the door doesnt freeze on me.

I'm about to go wash the car at Purrrfect Hand carwash, they do an EXCELLENT job and get everything nice and clean. Especially for 6 bucks on early bird special and 10 on normal days.

As for your answer, just pay a bit more and have a car wash do it..

I get it washed on Fridays usually..I don't wash it at home...I get it hand washed at a car wash.......indoors

Beacase touch less is total garbage. It's doesn't dry anything well, and you always have hard to reach stops still covered in crap.

machine is diff. i would never run my car through one of those machinee.. not only it can damage your paint... if u forget to turn off your radio on the max. lol. gg. well i prefer doin hand wash all day all night =] no warm no care =D

Best wash for your car is a DIY wash. Last time I went through a full service wash, I got a 2 inch diameter paint chip on my hood!!

I would agree with you. Unfortunately water freezes rediculously fast, and no place indoors allows you to wash your car. I pay a lil more but to me it's worth it. The kind of like the method they use at 'my' car wash. I know I will get some damage from them, but that's the reason i do it once a week. i can deal with the damage once spring comes anyway.

I usually get a automatic car wash after I fill up every Friday. It's $4 when I get 10 gallons of gas or more. The machine doesn't use any brushes or shit. It uses high pressure spray and it always does a good job. I just dry the door seals.
