Kozue texted me a good point that some kids are out for spring break right now, so Starbucks might be packed and we might not be able to get the room, or worse a seating area. If that is the case we may move the meeting to Kozue. But we should wait at Starbucks for a about 15mins for people that is running late and we will make the decision from there.

Here a few things we accomplished yesterday and a little bit of today, it wasn't much but its something.
1. Quick sketch of the logo for Maxus 07 is completed.
2. Hotel location is located
3. Donations was received, an update on percentage will be on the donation thread.
4. I contacted Craig at Private Track Times, for the 26th which is a Tuesday, he will contact me back for pricing per car or per head. Half of the deposit is needed before he can reserve the day, and the rest of the deposit will be given on the day of racing. Hopefully in the next few days he will contact me.

Things needed to be done asap.
1. Get pricing from Craig.
2. Food proposal for donation needed
3. Pricing for T-shirts needed
4. Work on Maxus 07 logo
5. Reserve lot at Busse Woods.

Looked into price for reserving a grove at Busse here are the prices.

The following picnic permit fees are based on one (1) grove:

Picnic Permit Application Fee $10.00
Grove with Shelter $50.00
Grove without a Shelter $35.00
Level IV Grove (Category Y and Z) $160.00
Picnic Permit Change $5.00
Picnic Permit Copy $2.00

If someone with experience on reserving a grove at Busse let me know. Because I need to reserve the best location asap. Hector and Dave Sz I believe you guys reserved one before. Let me know how that stuff works. We might have to do it in person since there are different requirements that we might need according to the forest preserves website.

York HS has a graphic design class and they do t-shirt for cheap. I also have a professional company in Elmhurst that can do it inexpensively too.

Once you get the design finalized, I can look into prices. If we can meet up soon, I can donate some dollars.

I'd like to use paypal, but I have to pay a certain amount every month to cash it in and put in the pot. The type of paypal account I have is that the money I receive needs to be used again on another paypal purchase. I know you want to donate, but I prefer to collect in person to reduce the headaches and such. But thanks for bringing up that suggestion up which I might possibly look into.
