Okay, so now we have confirmed the G37 coming out. I find it funny that a rumor someopne started spreading about a potential G37TT is being taken a real possibility. Nissan would have to be retarded to do that. It would be shooting themselves in the foot. How are they going to justify the Infiniti when the Nissan is the GTR. I seriously hope they don't start playing with some of the other names they have in Japan for this car. To me that would be retarded.

The G37 was confirmed a long time ago when nissan copyrighted the names fx37, g37, m37 and all that. Read about it on the ORG many months ago...

right, why would they patent a name if they weren't gonna use it? Maybe they didn't want others to be able to but when was the last time your heard of toyota or honda or anyone stealing car names? They use different model naming schemes or whatever you call it. It was pretty much set in stone that when they patented the names, they were gonna make those cars. We all knew the VQ would be getting bigger so why would they stick to the g35 name when the car doesn't have a 3.5 in it?
