Nope.. I even wrote down my email too.. Did you go through the HP vista upgrade site? I turned in the Best Buy rebate form crap.. That's probably why.

I've had it on my desktop for over a month. I whipped out my system completly via Format and fresh XP install.... then while this was going on I went out and bought me a version of the home premium edition.

I like it, but it takes some time to get used to the start menu. I have not had any issues with it.

I bought a GPU because I wanted HD out to my plasma..... the card wasn't compatible with Vista- even thou it said it was. Fucked up my sound card.

I don't have anything on my computer but Vista, iTunes, WinAMP, uTorrent, AOL AIM.... and buncha plug ins.

I wanna see if those USB 2gig memory booster things will up my ram or not....

those memory booster things are pretty much any USB thumb drive you can find. Nothing special, just a thumb drive Mike...

So I got a version of Vista for my VAIO laptop.... fucked up my computer pretty bad. I guess my Verizon PC5740 card for my wireless internet anywhere, its not VISTA compatible. Went to Verizon and they upgraded me to the newest AirCard 595 which does Vista and its like 3x as fast.

SpeakEasy.net download speed was 1.8MB and upload was 750kbs.

Still Vista won't recoginze my new 595 card.... so I put XP back on and will wait till they come out with some kinda update for Vista before I put it back on the VAIO.

Im working in a vista test lab right now....lot of problems. I also got the upgrade cd from lenovo for my laptop but im probally not going to upgrade untill i absolutely have to. As for the flash memory feature, it seems that it works decent but im not going to test it considering i already have 1.5gigs and my usage never exceeds 800mbs.

No Vista problems on my Desktop, as a matter a fact the computer is lightning fast compared to XP Home Edition I had on it before.

I had a issue with a graphics card when I upgraded my PC.... Vista was freaking out.

I returned it back to TigerDirect and my computer has been perfect with zero crashes and everything for the last few months.

My Laptop is back to XP right now......I'm affraid to put VISTA on it. I guess I will wait till they fix most of the bugs before I install it. What sucks is my Laptop has its restore disk- on the hard drive, there is no restore CD/DVD. So if I need to look for drivers or something after Vista install..... I am screwed.
