Committee Meeting May 6th.

Maxus is coming sooner than we thought. Meeting is on May 6th for those that I asked something to do, I need an update on where you are at.

Xander - Sponsorships, track info, hotel info
Kozue - Maxus Logo
Jessica - Food Donation from Sam's Club
Hector - Busse Woods reservations

Donations will be taken so bring money if you would like to donate.

8pm at the Starbucks at Streets of Woodfield.

Xander I need something like a purposal letter or something to give out to my dealership owner.... he will talk to his brother who owns Continental Nissan. I never got the purposal. PDF or Word Document is fine.... I'll print it out and give it to him along with some info I have in the back of my head from all of our MAXUS meets.

I shall be there...one more time. the exact day for the BBQ? I saw the dates, but I want to see it from then horse's mouth. I know some people have been talking about switching some dates......

I'm looking at the map right now, and I would like to do it in Grove 26. It is the same place Vlad crashed his car in. It has shelter, and the bathrooms are around the corner. Any objections?

IIRC, at one meeting, we said that we wanted that "parking lot" just left of grove 27...

I'm looking at the map.... I think you're a lil confused. We never had a BBQ by 27. It was 26...the great thing about that area is if the culdesac gets full....we still that area that was to the right of the shelter by the bathrooms.

no... i never said we had a meet there... we were just talking about that location since it is probably the biggest parking lot at busse...

What I am saying is that the parking lot to the right of the4 location wew were in is more convenient. However, if we have overspill we can use that side. I just think some panoramic-like pics can be taken from the hill in the culdesac. Besides, it has a near 'bathroom', and shelter. I'm sure not everyone will be happy to go in the bushes.........

Thats what I'm wondering it almost seem like its just me. It may not be worth going there if its just me. I might as well cancel today looks like no one could make it. Its going to me next week so mark you calenders. May 6th.

I just got home from a communion... had to drop some peoples off at their houses.... I couldn't make it.

Spot is reserved....I couldn't get 26 like i wanted. I reserved spot 23, which is pretty much next to where we had our last BBQ. It doesn't have shelter, but I plan on getting a few foldable tents, and it is closer to bathrooms. I figure that would be the most convenient thing for most. It alos holds about 10 more cars than our usual spot.

I got a large tent 15X20 ft. Hector let me know the costs and I'll give you check for the amount that you paid.

Might as well consider it my contribution. It was only $45, use the money there is for other more important stuff.

A couple more of those tents would probably be good to house most people.

Andy, please notice it is under the Maxus forum. June 24 is reserved....spot 23 is where we're having it.

The next BBQ is set for May 12 which is the same spot we had the last one at.
