I'm making special brownies for a bake sale. Need about $500 upfront for ingredients. We're most likely gonna do a fundraiser at a resaurant...

I'll be posting the notes I took when I get home from work. I don't have my notes with me right now. And yesterday I was to busy taking care of my nephew when I got home from the gym. Yeah possible bake sale, the money won't come out of your pocket, it will come from the money we got from Maxus 2007. There are other fundraising ideas which I will post up tonight.

Here are the notes from Nov 11th meeting.

We need to raise money. Here are the few ways we thought of to raise money.

1. Hector's Detailing (If he wants to again. And if he does his price and how many cars per day.)

2. Bake Sale, money won't come out of your pocket it will come from the money we got from this past Maxus.

3. Sponsorship, self-explanetory.

4. Steak N Shake Funraising, 20% of income will go to toward Maxus.

5. Of course Donation Cup


Autobahn Rules of payment.

1. No refunds
2. Selling spot accepted.
3. Once information from Mike Jez from his dealership comes we'll work from there.
4. No Drifting at the Autobahn
5. PM Mike Jez in regards to teching in to run at the Autobahn to insure a guarentee tech in at the Autobahn.
6. Schedule will come as soon its available.

Food Donations (Sam's Club)
1. Contact Marketing Manager for Donations
2. Pass out flyers or a sponsor name on t-shirts for next years Maxus.
3. Need at least a two month notice to request a food donation.

New t-shirt idea
Possible 4 generations on t-shirt design 6th, 5th, 4th, and 3rd.

when's the next maxus meeting? i could get the info on the SNS fund raising for you by then and I could get you in contact with either our marketing manager or my GM, just let me know what you need and when you would want to do this.

I'm prolly going to have it on December 16th since mostly everyone should be off for Christmas break if they are still in school. Its not going to be the second Sunday of next month considering there are things that I need to prep before the December 16th meeting. Jess, I'll call you sometime to get the info. Thanks.
