i'm looking for Subwoofer for my Max and i was thinking about Kicker DC10-4 $180

but i dont know if i should go for single type R instead, ported maybe.
i know that quite a few people like type Rs. so give your opinions and advices on others too (price range $150)
my goal is not to rattle my trunk, just to feel the bass

single woofer is plenty, make sure you get a good amp and you are rocking
my non-bose with a 10" mtx @-4 base set up on the radio makes the stock bose sound like crap

the amp i have is 6 ch, it has enough power for speakers, but right now i have 5th channel for my sub @ 2 ohms and i doubt that it gives out more than 180 RMS(without clipping/ distorting), if i could wire the sub to 4 Ohms i would bridge 5th and 6th ch and theoretically have more power
all said the sub is great, does get low and you can't beat it for the money...... and i almost get the bass i need (amp is weak)
if you're looking for amp and sub, get this one and some good 1 ch amp that puts out ~400 RMS @ 2ohms and you'll love it

I have a Kicker CVR 10" laying around from my Maxima. I used this sub few years ago and its just been sitting around in a sealed box. I was going to use it in my VW but I don't want to take up any trunk space and the stock system is ok.
100 bux and its yours.
