I'm in as soon as the weather gets better. My plan for summer is to detail as many cars as possible. I'm hoping as soon as March but weather is unpredictable. I need to keep myself busy so I don't get myself into trouble. Cash would be nice too

I thought you did interiors, Hector. I've got a lot of experience with both inside and out. LMK if you need/want any info.

I think Turtle was referring to shampooing carpeting and such. Stuff I would use a steamer for as well as a good carpet brush to attach to the PC

I thought you did carpets and stuff. I got an extractor last spring and have had the brushes for the PC. They work well together.

I only vaccum, and do the entire trim so far. I def need to look for an extractor. The brushes are the least of my worries. It's justifying getting the extractor.

exactly what i was referring too. its a cloth interior plus she has driven around plenty of toddlers. so interiors have spots and sweat stains all over the place. Its not nasty but i know its not clean down under. i've ran thru it with off the shelf upholstery cleaner with a med. sized brush worked it in. but in the summer on those humid days you get into the car and notice the sweat smell.

I can drop the car to you early before I open up my rim shop and at the end of the day I can pick it up.

Alright ladies and gents.
Summer is officially in and I'm ready. I have loaded yup my arsenal with more products, and anyone that wants work done to their cars let me know. Weekends are when i'm available unfortunately. I'm in the process of getting an extractor so I'm also doing interior with carpets, seats, and shampooing. The engine bay is still something I won't power wash, but i can clean it up a bit.
PM me when you guys are 100% sure. We can work out pricing also.

havent narrowed it down. I saw one for $150 or so but it has a 3 gal container. I don't think I like that. I'm leaning towards a $700 one, which seems to be the average price, and a much bigger container.
Any brand suggsetions?

I have the Durrmaid Heated Extractor. The Aztec one is a branded Durrmaid, so they're basically identical. $650 or less shipped is a great price. IIRC I got mine for $610 shipped about a year ago. It's a great addition to any detailing arsenal.

Yep...extractors are not cheap at all. It's one of the biggest reasons I didn't buy one for some time
