Just one more reason to have PhotoRadar in Illinois. The police cannot be everywhere. Even where they are, they cannot make a dent in speeding. In addition to PhotoRadar and red-light cameras, video surveillance of tailgaters, lane-jumpers, illegal use of shoulders and entrance and exit ramps, etc. could finally make a dent.
