Anyone know how to change out the bulbs behind the guages?

If its on a 3rd gen, I've taken my cluster out about 10 times already so I'm pretty quick at it lol, best time so far is 4 minutes taking everything apart along with cluster.

my brother just changed them on his. it was a little light which was impossible to find a replacement. has a little black clip attached? just remove and replace. not sure if im helping at all, but i didnt see too many other suggestions. good luck.
