So I went to drop off my Max at the body shop today so they can fix all the damage from my break in.... 3 weeks without the Max from today :(
Our return back from the shop to the dealership car happen to be one of the cars I was supposed to do a used car inspection on later.... 03 Benz AMG C32...
Pulling up to the light we see a brand spanking new Porsche Cayman S 6spd with the sports package etc.... guy decides to go for it vs the lil AMG.
Outcome out of the hole we where dead even, but by 100MPH he was like 2 cars behind... then I slammed on the brakes so the idiot wouldn't crash into the cars ahead. It took a blink of an eye to get up to around 100MPH, no sweat for the Benz. I tried to run the Benz vs my Max from a 40MPH roll on, but the street we where on was getting torn off and the road was unsafe to even do 30MPH- manhole covers sticking up everywhere. 40MPH seemed like a dead spot for the Benzo... so thats why I picked that speed. Maybe next time :)
BTW the Benz is for sale, black on black 24K miles one owner with new tires... it boogies and has a EAR piercing sound system that is just overkill ! I dunno the price on it, but our website- continentalacura.com will probably have it up there tomorrow or so, along with a nice 04 G35 4 door 6spd w/Navi 30K we just took in today- flawless ride, nice pull :)
