**This was all done on a closed course**
First race was against kid who can't really drive 5spd, but it was a 93 (I think, not the ones with round headlights) integra. It wasn't vtec or anything, but had a full exhaust, not cat-back, straight from engine. Also had intake. From a stop, this kid missed 2nd gear, so I won, but then we did 3 from a roll. First one was from 40mph, i'm in 2nd, 3 honks and we're off. I pull on him right away, getting about 2 car lengths ahead after a few seconds. Second & third roll was basically the same thing. Got him pretty well all times. Maybe if he learns how to drive a little better then we can have a rematch, but the maxima pulled hard on it. Next race was a 2003 Honda Civic Si hatchback. Let me tell you, I never expected that little civic to go as fast as it did. From a 40mph roll, it was dead even until the end of 3d gear and beginning of fourth. Got about 1/2 car length. From a stop, it was basically the same. I got him on the launch, and that gave me a nice lead, then up until 3d gear we were even, and once in fourth I pulled on him maybe 1 car length, going up to 100mph. I never though those civic si's were so fast! It was 5spd, but it was even with me for a while. If you see these things around, watch out, they've got some balls. Overall it was a nice night, now I can't wait to see what a y-pipe would do, all I have right now is a short ram intake :naughty:
