rattle rattle

yo what up well just have a question wondering what this might be i have a 03 maxima and everytime after the car has been sitting overnight or for along period of time and the car is cold when i start it the engine it makes a rattling noise is that normal? does any one else have noticed this let me know

Sometime it is the heat shield on the cat.

its a rattling noise at start up for a few seconds
alot of the vq35 seem to do that

hmm i thought that was the oil issue with the oil not getting to the top on a cold start causing the rattleing

it is, if the VTCs don't have oil immediately they clack.

Get it looked at. If it is the VTC's I hope your still under warranty. $1600 is what the dealer told me when mine were replaced.
